A practical guide to New Hope Aesthetics, from finding the clinic to understanding your consultation options.

Where is New Hope Aesthetics?

New Hope Aesthetics is at 1503 S. Coast Dr., Suite 322, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Use the full suite address when planning your visit, and confirm appointment details with the clinic before you travel.

How can I contact the clinic?

Call 949-800-5840 or email Care@NewHopeAesthetics.com for appointment and general service questions. Share medical history, medicines and other clinical details at your consultation rather than by general email; an email only needs to name the service or appointment you want to discuss.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Use the booking page to open the clinic’s scheduling calendar, or call 949-800-5840 for help. An appointment is confirmed only when the booking system or the clinic confirms it. Choosing a goal in the consultation planner helps you organize your questions; it is not a reservation.

How can I find the current treatment cost?

Contact the clinic for current pricing and a quote for your proposed plan; this website does not list treatment prices. The clinic’s terms state that the cost of a specific treatment plan is confirmed during consultation. Clarify consultation fees, the treatment or product, any follow-up and additional visits before deciding.

What is the clinic’s cancellation policy?

The clinic’s Terms of Service ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule and ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Missing an appointment without prior notice results in a no-show fee and may mean a non-refundable deposit is required for future bookings. Confirm the policy that applies to your booking.

Which treatments does New Hope Aesthetics offer?

The clinic menu includes CoolPeel CO₂ laser resurfacing; injectables (Botox, dermal fillers and lip enhancement); skin rejuvenation (microneedling, PRP facials and chemical peels); and Karis facials (an anti-aging facial and nano-needling). Body contouring and hair restoration are coming soon and cannot be booked yet. A consultation is the place to discuss which option, if any, suits your goals.

Are body contouring and hair restoration available?

Not yet. Body contouring and hair restoration are coming soon and cannot be booked. Contact the clinic for current availability and future consultation details. The planned menu includes fat reduction and skin tightening, plus PRP hair restoration and scalp treatments.

What should I bring to a first consultation?

Bring the concerns you want to discuss, the features you want to preserve and any event or travel dates that matter. Have a list of your current skincare, medicines, supplements and previous treatments ready for the clinical conversation. Confirm the appointment type and any preparation instructions with the clinic.

How do I plan around recovery?

Recovery depends on the treatment, product or device, intensity, area and your individual response. A facial, injectable, peel and laser appointment should each have their own guidance. Confirm aftercare, expected skin changes, activity restrictions and the clinical contact route before choosing a date around work, events or travel.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. Start with the concern you want to discuss. Skin texture, facial lines, volume and facial care involve different options. Explore their definitions and preparation questions, then use a consultation to compare suitability, realistic expectations, risks, alternatives and cost for your situation.

When is New Hope Aesthetics open?

New Hope Aesthetics is open Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm, and Saturday by appointment. Confirm availability with the clinic before you visit, especially on a Saturday.
